Producing Lines
Line A is producing red colour nonwovens.
Quality control is monitored by computers during the producing process.
 
Line B is specializing in producing colour fabircs.
Our two advanced PP spunbonded nonwoven producing lines.
 
* Line A
Producing Line A has an output of 3,000 tons annaully. It's able to achieve 3200mm in width, specification ranges from 10 to 250 gsm. We supply all kinds of colours accroding to different requirement. Our quality nonwovens are well demanded by customers.
* Line B
Producing Line B yields 2,000 tons of nonwoven fabrics annually. Line B is specialized in producing colour nonwovens with 1600mm in width and range from 10 to 250 gsm. Colour fabrics are produced according to individuals' requirement.
Skilled Workers
Our operators and workers work have sufficient skills in this field. They work hard and improve their technology and update nonwoven information on date to date basis. During the producing processes, nonwoven qualities are examined by the operators.
Equipment Export

Our company has partnership with manufacturer of Wenzhou pp spunbonded nonwoven machine. We have a large number of professional and technical staff. We are able to export pp spunbonded nonwovens producing line.

Producing line includes width of 1.6m, 2.4m and 3.2m; able to produce per gram weight of 10 to 250 gsm. A selection pattern design includes Dot, Cross, and Line. The producing line has an annual output of 2000 to 3000 tons.
